POLICY DIALOGUE MARCH 17, 2022

Energy Transition: What do vulnerable people say?

GOALS, METHODOLOGY AND FIRST RESULTS

MARCH 17

09.00- 10.00 CET

The project ‘Fair Energy Transition for All’ has sought to involve 1,000 citizens from economically vulnerable and/or socially disadvantaged groups and 150 experts from nine EU member states (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and Spain) in creating recommendations on how to develop fair energy transition policies at national and EU-level.

We presented the key findings of these discussions with vulnerable groups in an online Policy Dialogue on 17/03/2022.

We discussed the findings with key stakeholders and policy makers and reflected on how hopes and fears of vulnerable groups can be translated into policy at the EU level. The second part of the event was reserved for an open discussion.

You can watch the recorded event here.
